Create a project at buildwitharchie.com with an address and a short description of what you're building or renovating. From there, Archie starts tracking it — tasks, budget, timeline, contacts — as the project moves forward.
You don't have to enter everything by hand. Forward an email thread, message Archie on WhatsApp, or upload a document, and Archie reads it and keeps the project record current.
CC or forward any project-related email to Archie — a contractor bid, a permit update, a scheduling change. Archie reads the thread, extracts what matters, and replies in-thread when a reply is useful.
Archie participates like any other person on the thread — it doesn't require a special subject line or format.
Add Archie to the WhatsApp group your crew already uses. Ask it anything about the project — budget status, permit timing, what a contractor already committed to — and it answers from your project's own history, not generic advice.

Data & approvals
When Archie extracts something from an email, document, or message — a budget change, a new task, a vendor's contact info — it doesn't get saved to your project automatically. It goes into a pending-approvals queue first, so you always see and confirm what's about to change before it becomes part of the record.

Is Archie a new app I have to install?
No. Archie works inside channels you already use — email and WhatsApp — plus a dashboard if you want one. There's nothing new to install for your contractor, designer, or family to use.
Does Archie save data to my project without asking?
No. Anything Archie extracts from an email, document, or message goes into a pending-approvals queue first. It only becomes part of your project record after you approve it.
What can I ask Archie over WhatsApp?
