Question 1

How do I add Archie to my WhatsApp group?

Accepted Answer

Tap "Start on WhatsApp" on this page. That opens WhatsApp with a message already typed and addressed to Archie — you tap send, and he replies with a one-tap link to log in or create your account and connect the number. Setup takes about 30 seconds.

Question 2

Do I need a new app?

Accepted Answer

No. No new app, no new software: Archie works inside the WhatsApp group your crew already uses, and he replies right there in WhatsApp.

Question 3

What can I ask Archie in the group chat?

Accepted Answer

Text the ask in plain words — "file a field report", "file an RFI", "submittal for…", "change order for…". Archie replies with a one-tap link to a single screen where you finish it, and the filed number (FR-, RFI-, SUB-, CO-) and PDF come back to the same thread. Plain questions about the budget, timeline, permits and documents still work too.

Question 4

What happens to a document or a photo I send?

Accepted Answer

A PDF is filed to the Data Room right away. Ask Archie to examine it and he can answer questions about what it says; nothing posts to the budget until you ask him to and confirm it in the chat. A jobsite photo is logged to the project phase, dated, and saved to the Data Room gallery for the record.
